1. Service Overview

RFG.Solutions provides handyman services, junk removal, delivery, light carpentry, yard work, and related property support. We reserve the right to decline work outside our expertise or licensing limitations.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All services must be booked in advance through our online system or by phone.

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, and other approved electronic forms of payment.

  • Estimates are free unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may be subject to change upon in-person assessment.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours) may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or failure to provide access to the job site may also result in a fee.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters. If you’re not happy with the service, notify us within 48 hours and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe, legal access to the work area.

  • Inform us of any pets, hazards, or special property requirements.

  • For junk removal, ensure all items are eligible for disposal (no hazardous waste, chemicals, etc. unless disclosed and approved).

6. Limitations of Liability

  • RFG.Solutions is not liable for pre-existing damage, structural weaknesses, or any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the scope of agreed work.

  • We are fully insured and take care to perform all work professionally and safely.

7. Warranties

  • We offer a 30-day workmanship guarantee on most handyman tasks unless otherwise noted.

  • Product warranties (e.g., appliances, parts) are handled through the manufacturer.

8. Use of Website

  • All content on rapidfixguys.com is owned or licensed by us. Do not copy, duplicate, or distribute content without permission.

  • Use of our website or booking forms does not guarantee service availability or acceptance of a work request.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information submitted through our website will be used only for scheduling, billing, and customer service. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
